The Ground Crew Ambassador Program Code of Conduct

As a member of The Ground Crew, you play an integral role in representing the values of For the Run. To ensure that this community remains a positive, inclusive, and supportive space, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Respect and Kindness

  • Treat all individuals with respect, kindness, and empathy, regardless of their background, identity, or opinions.
  • Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination—including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or physical ability—will not be tolerated.
  • Be mindful of your tone and language in all interactions, whether online or in person, and contribute to fostering a positive environment.

2. Responsibility and Accountability

  • Take responsibility for your actions and their impact on others. If a conflict arises, approach it with an open mind and a willingness to listen and learn.
  • Be supportive of fellow ambassadors and celebrate their achievements, reinforcing the sense of community within The Ground Crew.

3. Representing Yourself, Not the Brand

  • While your role as an ambassador connects you with For the Run, you do not speak on behalf of the company. Avoid making public statements or claims that could be interpreted as official company positions or policies.
  • Use the platform responsibly and share your personal experiences, but ensure your actions align with the company’s values and brand guidelines.

4. Professionalism in Social Media and Public Spaces

  • Uphold professionalism in your social media posts, events, and public engagements where you are recognized as a member of The Ground Crew.
  • Avoid posting content that may reflect poorly on yourself, the ambassador program, or For the Run.

5. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

  • Harassment of any kind—whether toward other ambassadors, customers, or the broader community—is strictly prohibited.
  • Any reports of harassment will be taken seriously and may result in removal from the program.

6. Supportive Collaboration

  • Encourage, uplift, and inspire others within The Ground Crew. Share ideas, collaborate on initiatives, and help foster a spirit of teamwork.


By joining The Ground Crew, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the program and disqualification from future ambassador opportunities.
