Free Returns: Our Commitment to Your Confidence

We want you to love every piece of gear you get from us, without a doubt. That's why we offer 30 day hassle-free returns – completely on the house! If the fit isn't perfect or the color isn't quite right, we've got you covered.

1. Start the return process: Within 30 days of your order you can setup your own return through your account, fill out our contact form, or email hello@forthe.run
   
2. Get your free return label: Once we have your request, we will setup your return label. All you need to do it tape it back onto our reusable packaging and get it back in the mail with 14 days! (Please see the disclaimers for returns which exceed being returned to us within 30 days)
3. Your refund: We will process your return in 5-10 business days upon receiving it. Once we have processed your return, we will issue your refund.

At For the Run, your satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in the power of the perfect fit, and if it's not right, we'll make it right.

If we do not see your return on its way back to us within 14 days, For the Run reserve the right to cancel your return.

Withheld Refund Conditions

We reserve the right to withhold a portion or all of your refund on items should they fall under any of the following criteria:

• A return that arrives more than 30 days after the issued return
  • For the Run reserves the right to withhold 50-100% of the refund for goods that are received from a return later than the 30 days window.
• Your return arrives in a state that is noticeably dirtier than the state it was delivered
  • We launder all returns but For the Run reserves the right to withhold 10-25% of the refund depending on the state of the returned goods.
• Your return arrives in a noticeably worse state than it was sent
  • Should For the Run not be able to resell your return we reserve the right to withhold 50-100% of the refund.
• You return the item in packaging that requires additional recovery efforts or added postage costs -- Packaging that is larger than the mailed packaging or other packaging that does not fall within the return label costs.
  • In this instance For the Run will withhold the fees we incur to accept your return from the delivery service.
