Great top but it's massive

So disappointed by this. It would be absolutely awesome, but i bought a medium and it's almost like a size XL. Way too big for me. I also got a large vest that was almost impossible to get on it was so small. I think For The Run basically make great stuff but can't get the sizing right :(
